Toyota FT-86 coming to USA, Confirmed by Digg Dialogg: Jim Lentz President Toyota US
Skip to 14:20 in this video, Jim Lentz has confirmed the FT-86 will indeed come to the USA.
Question: It has been years since Toyota had a sports car (Supra) available for sale in North America. Are there any plans to bring back the Supra or come out with a new affordable sports car? Answer: Well, I have good news and bad news. First the bad news, we don't have plans to bring back the supra into the market again. But the good news in terms of an affordable sports car. We have a concept vehicle we have been showing at the global showings, called the FT-86 and its a joint effort product between Subaru and Toyota, and the Product will be coming to Market.
