First post here. I'm really interested to watch the development of the T-86.
Here's what I drive now. It could be quicker, but for now it's fun to drive, quiet, and comfortable. I realize the only way to get power out of this car is with FI, so it's not worth bolting on parts that will only create exhaust drone and cabin vibrations: 2009 Honda Civic Si: -Injen Cold Air Intake -HFP Wheels -HFP suspension -35% tint / 5% winshield brow -de badged 'civic' -removed the front plate ![]() ![]() Not my bike

Hey everyone. I am just as excited as you are about this new long awaited addition to the toyota line. I am a die hard fan of the toyota and was really disappointed when they stopped their line of sport cars with the supra and celica. This FT-86 looks amazing and sounds great on paper. I hope it performs as well as it sounds like it will.
I am the proud owner of the fastest and most unique 2002 Toyota Camry on the eastcoast. I built her for carshows as well as track. She has a full turbo system built by Dezod Motorsports, tuned with the greddy emanage ultimate, 3" turbo back exhaust and has lightweight components like a carbon fiber hood and spoiler. I am currently dynoed at 308whp/298wtq and ran the quarter in 12.8. I am part owner of my carclub Raceline Performance Motorsports a.k.a. RPM. Here are some pics. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

That was my best time and no it is not gutted nor did my bass have anything to do with it. I didn't say 308hp I said 308 wheel horsepower. Its a big difference in power to the crank and power to the wheels. Toyota has always been known to make lite cars as it is. I normally run in the 13's. I think I got very lucky with that time.

Just another fact. I built my speaker box myself and it is not that heavy. That is why I only have 1 sub and an amp. I don't plan on having a lot of weight in my trunk. Trying to keep her as lite weight as she can with still having the show quality. I believe in show and go. Don't look fast if you are not.

... I said 308whp...
and i completely understand the difference between hp and whp but a 12.8 is still too fast for 308whp... unless your cars weighs less than a lotus elise LOL
