What is the best name for the Mystery Toyota / Subaru Sports car?
Now I am bias as I run this website. I have seen the car referred to as "Toybaru" and it simply annoys me. This is all speculation but I still wanted to know your thoughts? Toysubie Toybaru Fujiyota |

I don't like any of these names. I prefer Subayota or Subyota. I actually found this site via the reference from Subayota.com.

I always found toybaru better.. I think toyobaru is too long for nothing
toyota = 3 syllables subaru = 3 syllables toybaru = 3 syllables toyobaru = 4 syllables :S |

Tobaru or Toyabaru, or Toyobaru are my choices.

Subota? I like it! Did you know that in Russian it means Saturday?
I like Subota, it's short and easy to pronouns. fujiyouta is good too but it's emphasize Toyota brand over Subaru. Maybe just Fuji HI? |

My vote goes for Celica, to be honest. It'd be nice to see them revive the name on a platform deserving of it. "Subota" just sounds too... rough, I guess. And it sounds like boat. Which is something this car is indeed not, as it's been claimed to handle quite nimbly.

Guess I like them all, they are silly but playful. By now, once you hear or see a little toyota and subaru mix, surely we'll know what the topic or discussion will be. I like this site's name, if I had to choose one.

Subayota - if you have to combine the two (I like Subaru on its own though).
But what about the model? Should it have a name, or a number, or both? Ultimately, though, I'm a pragmatist and will think of the cars as follows: Either Toyota Coupe 2.0 or Subaru Coupe 2.5T. |
